UPDATE- Komendant Gawliks own Police documentation proves the lie of him suggesting Prokipczak did not illegally violate Piotrs post-mortem, HE DID EXACTLY THAT, as confirmed by the Gorlice Police Document (translation) I post here...what now Kom. Gawlik?
In my previous posts, detailing not only what Prokipczak did illegally regarding Piotrs post-mortem, Prokipczaks assault upon me, and then my criminal notification to his Boss Kom. Gawlik, which he eventually responded to but not in any honest manner, I drew your attention to one (amongst others) element of Prokipczaks Official Police note (which I obtained about 3 years after the event), which clearly indicated that he had, entirely unlawfully, attended Piotrs post-mortem, something that Gawlik in his response attempted to deny had occurred.
Well, it seems that, once again, Kom Gawlik forgot to check his own Police files, before issuing his frankly pathetic effort to cover up this violation of Law by Prokipczak, and thus, his corruption of the entire post-mortem.
I have put a link at the bottom, to the entire post that I discuss above.
For clarity, I quote below at a) exactly what Prokipczak said in his note, and at b) quote exactly what Gawlik said in his response to me, denying Prokipczak was ever at the Post-mortem.
Then, I will quote directly from "The District Police HeadQuearters in Gorlice" via an official decision issued by the body on the 9th December 2009.
I remind you, Kom Gawlik was the Chief of Police at this time, as he was when he wrote to me.
You compare, and decide what is the truth in this......was Prokipczak at the post-mortem on my son Piotrs body, or not......?
a) Prokipczak note, sentences 1* and 3*:
" Today at around 13.30- following the order of the Head of the Criminal Department of the Police Headquarters in Gorlice, Senior Commissioner K. Tybor, I went with Maciej Mosun - specialist in crime investigation techniques, to the dissecting room of the Specialist Hospital in Gorlice. There I met the specialist performing the examination* , Doctor of Forensic Medicine, Dr Henryk Boloz".
* Meaning the post-mortem.
b) Gawlik denying Prokipczak was ever in the dissecting room or at the post mortem in his letter to me:
"The content of the note, DOES NOT DETERMINE* that the above mentioned Police Officer (Prokipczak**) , was present during the post-mortem....."
Clear, he wasn't there, right?
* and ** are my clarifications.
But, Kom Gawlik, you forgot something.......something important.....
On the 9th December 2009, DETECTIVE TOMASZ BEDNARZ authored an Official Police Document, a legally binding Police decision, (I will return to this "decision"), in which he wrote, as part of the Justification for that decision, the following, and I quote directly here:
"......due to this, the place where the post-mortem examination was held (Specialist Hospital Gorlice*), WAS VISTED BY THE INVESTIGATIVE TEAM (that being Prokipczak and Mosun) OF THE DISTRICT POLICE HEADQUARTERS IN GORLICE, AND THE REMAINING PART OF THE POST-MORTEM EXAMINATION, INCLUDING THE PHOTOGRAPHIC DOCUMENTATION, WAS MADE IN THEIR PRESENCE"
* and ** above, I include for clarification, as I also created the capitals for the extremely significant FACTS disclosed by Bednarz.
And still Kom Gawlik, the Chief of Police in Gorlice, would later write to me trying to suggest that Prokipczak was NOT present at Piotrs post-mortem, thus corrupting it entirely.
This so-called "investigation" into the brutal death of my son Piotr was corrupted from the first moment, Prosecutors did not do their duty and attend the post-mortem, they just passed it on to the Police, who then passed it down the line to a muppet, and so Prokipczak, without any lawful authority to do so wandered into the post-mortem, and then everyone in authority tried to cover it up.
Never mind the violations of my rights as a Father that continue to this day, the failure to permit me to make a statement or provide crucial evidence.
On this day, the first real chance to gather proper forensic evidence, for a trained Prosecutor to question the Pathologist, for a trained Prosecutor to encourage the Pathologist to find further evidence, a, (based on my experience of him) drunken, pathetic Policeman went into a formal post-mortem, when also being entirely unqualified to do so, jumped to entirely incorrect "conclusions" , made false allegations in his Official note, and thus, the so-called investigation into my son Piotrs brutal death, never had a chance to succeed,
I post below the first page of the decision referred to here, as written by Tomasz Bednarz, translated to English from the original Polish document (which I also have in my possession). The point at issue is the area designated by the brackets.
So, please read it, then compare to what Gawlik wrote to me, and tell....
do you think Prokipczak was present at my son Piotrs post-mortem? The alternative is of course easy to see, Police Officer Tomas Bednarz, who had been responsible for every element of this so-called investigation for some 6 months.....just decided to lie and make it up?! Nah, I don't think so either.
