I have been warned by Inspektor Prokipczak.
He, being the pathetic figure that he is, used his girlfriend to pass a message to me, through a mutual friend, that he is aware of this Blog. He, (through his girlfriend) let me know that he is not going to take any legal action against me, or about this Blog, neither through his job, the Polish Police, nor through the Courts' because, and I quote:
"that is exactly what McHale wants me to do".
True.

Inspektor Piotr Prokipczak of Gorlice Police, is admitting that everything I have written about him so far, and everything that I will write about him in this Blog, is the absolute truth.
Inspektor Piotr Prokipczak of Gorlice Police is admitting that the documents I will post on the Blog, including the report written by him on the 31st March 2009 are the genuine documents.
Inspektor Piotr Prokipczak of Gorlice Police is admitting that he lied in his report when he stated as fact, that Oliwia Oleksyk had been beaten. (see sentences 35 and 50/51 as marked on Inspektor Prokipczaks' report, (English language version) of the 31st March 2009, when I upload it later today).
Oliwia Oleksyk was never beaten. That is a fantasy invented by her to cover up her own crimes. I will post documents, including court decisions, proving her criminal actions and the lies she told to try to cover them up, and her efforts to frame me.
Inspektor Piotr Prokipczak of Gorlice Police is admitting that he carried out a drunken violent attack on me in Public.
Inspektor Piotr Prokipczak of Gorlice police he is admitting that I was, and remain, the victim of both his abuse and professional incompetence.
Of course Inspektor Prokipczak will not try to take a case against me over this Blog. I have 5 witnesses ready to testify to his drunken attack on me, I have 4 witnesses ready to testify to his forced apology to me the following day. I have the official Police document he wrote on the 31st March 2009. I have the seven, yes seven, reports from doctors and Medical Professors proving the lie of his statements in that document.
Its all quite simple readers, if this man made a Case against me, he would lose. He would be exposed in Court for the incompetent, drunken, violent man that he is.
I don't feel him taking, and then losing, such an ill-conceived case would do his career prospects much good. Being exposed in Court is not what he wants.
Finally, to you Inspektor Piotr Prokipczak, I suggest that you do not try to contact me again, either directly or indirectly. If you do so, I will have no choice but to take legal action against you, either criminal or civil, or perhaps both. You have attacked me once, you are a Police Officer, and I have genuine fear for my safety based on your previous misconduct and abuse. I have saved your girlfriend the embarrassment of being identified here, but will not do so again if you attempt to use her to pass on your thinly veiled threats.
I will post the Police documentation (in both Polish and english) later today, along with detailing Inspektor Piotr prokipczaks' appalling conduct. His violations of Polish law have been many and often, and I will expose them fully here.
He has denied my son Piotr justice, he has caused me four years of hell, a hell that is ongoing. Maybe now some Justice will prevail.
Neither I, nor this Blog is seeking revenge on Inspektor Prokipczak. I am exposing his violence, his drunkenness, his abuse of power, his illegal acts, his crimes, his deliberate violation of Polish law during my son Piotrs' post-mortem, in the hope that my son may receive Justice, in the hope that I may receive some element of Justice, and in the hope that Inspektor Piotr Prokipczak can never again do to some other innocent person what he did to me, and can never again deny to anyone what he denied my dead child- respect and truth.
Polish people deserve that the Police and Prosecution services work FOR them, for truth, for Justice. Today in Poland, sadly, that is a dream, nothing more than a cruel unfulfilled dream.............

Inspektor Prokipczak, Gorlice Police, a little background to the story
I first met Inspektor Piotr Prokipczak of Gorlice Police in about May of 2009, in a small Pub in Gorlice. He was a rather pathetic figure. He was in his forties, and seemed to drink, and get drunk, both regularly and alone. He certainly gave no indication of having any friends, and none were ever seen in his company in the Pub.
He speaks a little English, and like most pathetic drunks and bores, he decided that I (and anyone else unfortunate enough to be in his presence), should know his life story. He, every time I would see him, would tell me all about his ex-wife and how she had left him. I felt nothing but sympathy for his sad and pathetic existence.
I had no idea that he was a senior Police Officer. He gave no impression of either intelligence nor self-discipline, he was just a sad, lonely figure, sitting in a Pub, wasting his life away.
By this time, my baby son Piotrs' violent death had occurred 2 months earlier, and I had no idea that Inspektor Prokipczak even knew who I was, nor that he knew Piotr was my son. It never entered my head that he could have any connection to the investigation into Piotrs; brutal death. I would not know this until December of 2009, some 6 months later.
I found out in the most appalling, violent way, at the drunken hands of Inspektor Prokipczak.
It was to be almost 2 years later that I discovered that Inspektor Piotr Prokipczak was the Police Officer who was directly responsible for false, baseless information attacking me, and my character, and referring to false accusations against me, as though they were facts, being included from day one in the Police and Prosecution case files, of the so-called investigation into Piotrs' death, or more accurately, the investigation that attempted (and failed) to frame me for Piotrs' murder. It is his appalling (and illegal) conduct from the 31st March 2009 (3 days after Piotrs death), that was the sole reason that I have been fighting for Justice for more than 3 years. I will publish documents, including one written by Inspektor Prokipczak, proving this point.
These false accusations were disproved by 6 Doctors, a Pathologist, and even by Oliwia Oleksyk herself when repeatedly changing her story as the evidence unfolded. A Polish Judge, in a decision handed down in July of 2012, stated that it was clear that Oliwia Oleksyk had lied when making false allegations against me, and that such lies could not be tolerated by the Polish state.
