You will have read the details of Prokipczaks attack on me, his weasel self-serving apology, and how hisboss Kom Gawlik used evasion and obfuscation in his response to me, to prevent any investigation into Prokipczak taking place.
However, about two weeks after the attack, Prokipczak again violated his duty,his oath and the Law. I have no idea why he did what he did, no idea what he thought he was doing, but it seems clear-thinking, solid decision making are not his strong areas, rather the opposite in fact.
Towards the end of December, a decision to end the so-called "investigation" into Piotrs death was taken by Polish Police and Prosecutors.
Examination of Oleksyks various false allegations, the sworn evidence of Dr Borys Welz, Dr Magdelena Kolacz, Dr Krzystof Wojchiehowski, Pathologist Dr Henryk Boloz and an expert Forensic Medical opinion provided by Jagiellonska University in Krakow, all proved conclusively that what Oleksyk was claiming to have occurred on the 8th March, simply, never happened, could not have happened, and so the so-called "investigation" was closed.
So what did Prokipczak do?
He , a serving Police Officer, decided to walk up to a civilian acquaintance of mine, and provide information about that so-called "investigation" to them. He told them to tell me that :
I should not worry, the investigation would be ended soon.
What? I had never worried as I had never done anything wrong, Oleksyk made up stories, and as Judge Ewa Pyrz had ruled in an appeal I brought against a Prosecutors decision in case IIK 107/12, dated July 2012:
"In these circumstances, the Court finds no grounds for the assumption that on the 20.04.09, Oliwia Oleksyk gave evidence true to the best of her knowledge.
IN THE OPINION OF THE COURT, ITS CONTENT INDICATES A TYPICAL MANIPULATION OF FACTS, WHICH CANNOT BE TOLERATED IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS".
Clear enough?
Prokipczak thought by informing me that I was not in trouble would make me happy !!
I had been ignored and abused by the Polish Police (remember T Bednarz the Detective?...I'll get to him), I had been ignored by the Polish Prosecutors, I had been denied all of my rights as a Father, I had been completely excluded from any involvement in the so-called "investigation" into the brutal death of my own son, and Prokipczak thought this was good news for me?
My son Piotr was dead, no correct investigation, or lawful investigation ever took place, has still not taken place, and I was supposed to be happy?
Maybe Prokipczak thought he was "making up" for his brutal attack on me? Maybe he's just a muppet. Maybe he just leaks Police information all the time? Who knows?
The civilian (non Police Officer) that he told this information had no right to such information, nor did I, since I had never been granted the legal status of Victim in my own sons death, I had never been questioned in this so-called investigation, I had never been permitted to make a statement or provide crucial evidence to the Polish Sate, I was prevented from doing so, illegally. So, because of these violations of my rights, from the start, and which continue to this day, I had no legal right to be informed.....but Prokipczak decided he would violate the law....for reasons unknown....
I will explain in my next post why I say no proper investigation was ever carried out following Piotrs brutal death, hard as it may be to believe or comprehend, its a fact, and I will post Polish State documents proving this fact.
